If the delivered goods are found to be short-packed, defective, damaged or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this contract during acceptance, the buyer should make detailed on-site records, or the buyer and seller should sign a memorandum. This field record or memorandum can be used as valid evidence for additions, missing and replacement of damaged parts. The related expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by the seller
If it is found that the configuration does not meet the requirements, the appearance is damaged, deformed, or any quality problems due to defects in design, workmanship or materials are found, the buyer is responsible for the non-conforming product and has the right to request a return or replacement.
